KMail only checks the first instance of a header that it encounters for matching.

E.g., assume that a message has these headers:

X-Foo: abc
X-Bar: def
X-Foo: nomatch

If a filter 'nomatch' on the header X-Foo is setup, it will not be
matched by the filter.

This issue is not completely benign, I have an actual use for
it. One of my accounts forwards mail to a different one, and I want to
filter them into separate mailboxes. The best indication I could find
was the 'Delivered-To' field. However, there are multiple
'Delivered-To' headers in messages, and the first one is always the same
in both cases, so I had to resort (hopefully as a temporary measure) to
more unreliable methods.
