libgnutls-extra-config --libs returns a string containing -llzo, yet, libgnutls11-dev does not depend on liblzo-dev. Therefore, packages that
use libgnutls-extra, and properly build-depend on it, fail to build from source.

Note that the package in question does not directly use liblzo, so I'm
not really comfortable with adding it to the build-depends.

Severity set to important, because this is blocking thy's transition to gnutls11.
