qtparted sugests progsreiserfs (and is probably configured to use that
one) intead of reiserfsprogs which is actualy functional and is much
more mature (progsreiserfs is version 0.3.0.4 and reiserfsprogs is
already in version 3.6.17)

For example fsck.reiserfs in progsreiserfs is not implemented while
reiserfsck in reiserfsprogs works quite well.
