• Bug#265695: websieve: refresh/search lead to program-error

From Carsten Wolff@1:229/2 to All on Sat Aug 14 16:00:09 2004
    From: [email protected]

    Package: websieve
    Version: 0.62-1
    Severity: normal

Error: Can't call method "dn" on an undefined value at /usr/share/websieve/lib/ldapextras.pl line 1300, <DATA> line 283.

    To reproduce:
    - enable ldapextras on an ldap-server with an empty ou=People.
    - Hit "Refresh" on an arbitrary page or search for a non-existing
user on page "View Users & Groups".

The problem seems to be, that websieve assumes that it can always
find an authenticated user in the ldap, even though it's possible
to activate ldapextras and still authenticate with SASL/SASLDB.
