xprobe still FTBFS for me in a newly-updated pbuilder chroot.
gcc 4:3.3.4-2 is now in both testing and unstable:
(ascendit) /tmp/xprobe-0.2rc1 madison gcc
gcc | 2.95.2-20 | stable | source
gcc | 2:2.95.4-14 | stable | alpha, arm, i386, m68k, mips,
mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
gcc | 2:2.96-16 | stable | ia64
gcc | 2:3.0.4-5 | stable | hppa
gcc | 4:3.3.4-1 | unstable | hurd-i386
gcc | 4:3.3.4-2 | testing | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k,
mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
gcc | 4:3.3.4-2 | unstable | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k,
mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
If the bug has been fixed in GCC upstream, maybe they can suggest a
workaround?
