  • Bug#263331: armagetron-server: does not start

    You can start the server with :

    `armagetron-dedicated --datadir /usr/share/games/armagetron/ --userconfigdir /etc/armagetron/
    --vardir ~/.armagetron/var/`

    Trying to start armagetron-dedicated results in the following error
    message:

    Error in int main(int, char**) in ../../../src/tron/gArmagetron.cpp:335

    Data files not found. You have to run Armagetron from its own
    directory or use the wrapper script installed in /usr/local/bin

    I am not able to determine this Armagetron directory, I tried /usr/share/games/armagetron and /etc/armagetron.

    The mentioned wrapper script is not supplied as well.
