The Preferences window does not fit on a 600x800 window!
The user has now way to access the bottom.
[icewm's "move" is not much help too.]
Even if one closes some menu tree items, just visit the menu marked "Interface", and you'll see the right side is also cut off at the
bottom!

By the way, the names in the index should match the window names.
e.g., on the left we see "Interface", on the right "User Interface".
