    Hi,

    when mailon=changes is used, no CRON-APT RUN line is generated. Only
    the diff is dumped verbatim. The header should be there.

    You need to specify better how you want this patch. May I assume that
    you want to make a diff on the entire mailfile?

    No, that's not a good idea, since the RUN line will always be
    different (it contains a time stamp). The original patch removes the
    RUN line from the file being diffed to avoid this, so the RUN line
    needs to be re-added when generating the mail that actually gets sent
    out.
