    Hi,

    Your package should "Provides: pcsc-ifd-handler" since it is a driver
    for pcscd.

    pcscd has a:
    Depends: libccid | pcsc-ifd-handler

    So with a "Provides: pcsc-ifd-handler" on your driver you can install
    just your driver and pcscd (without any other driver).
