gstreamer0.8-tools or some other package should be providing the commands gst-inspect, gst-register, etc without the versioned suffix. These tools should
do The Right Thing and call the relevant versioned binary.

(see the Fedora packages by Thomas Vander Stichele for an example of this)

Severity is important as this breaks the GStreamer autoconf macros, which expect
gst-inspect to always exist.
