version of Ruby (ruby1.8) is available in testing/unstable.

sendmail-wide was forked version of sendmail, which added some
extra features, but upstream of sendmail-wide has been dead
(upstream site was disappered for long ago) and it seems to
be no (or very few) users now. I think it's no worth
to maintain sendmail-wide package in debian.
