I'm not sure what happened. I extracted the wl-ja.info.gz file
directly from the deb archive using `dpkg -x' and this file was fine,
i.e., I could gunzip it without the gzip errors mentioned in the bug
report. I then removed the wl package and installed it again and this
time I did not get the error. Apparently the file got corrupted on
the first try for some reason.
Summary: I don't think this is a real bug. I could not reproduce it.
I think it can be closed unless this bug is verified by someone else.
