The id3tool package Description says it is an "editor for id3 tags", but
this is rather mystifying unless you know what an id3 tag actually is.
I think it would be nice if you added something along the lines of
"(An id3 tag is used to store information such as artist name and track
title in an mp3 audio file.)" to the end of the first paragraph.
