    Package: kvim
    Version: 1:6.3-015+1
    Followup-For: Bug #234455

I've just upgraded to 1:6.3-015+1 and have encountered this bug for the
first time. As mentioned above it appears to be KDE bug #69304. Based
on suggestions for the KDE bug I discovered the buggy behaviour can be
stopped by using the vimrc option 'guiformat' to not use left or right
    vertical scrollbars.

I am also now unable to specify a font using the vimrc option 'guifont'. Whatever I specify is ignored in favour of Cursor14.

Since this bug renders KVim unusable for any installation with vertical scrollbars I suggest upgrading it to severe.
