Dear maintainer,

I launched "btdownloadcurses" with a torrent file whose "announce url"
field was empty. The result was a totally non understadable message
from python complaining about an URL.
No error message from "btdownloadcurses".

I check meta info of the torrent file with "btshowmetainfo", and
noticed this empty field. This must be an expected problem maybe, as
the "btreannounce" tool is provided in this package. I tried to guess
the correct announce URL and forced it into the torrent file, via "btreannounce". As a result, "btdownloadcurses" was able to achieve
the download.

In consequence, could you please add checks for url announce value in "btdownloadcurses"?
