Notice that kdeprint does not appear in the depends list of kdebase, but kdebase is called out as a reveree depend of kdeprint.
According to aptitude, kdebase does depend on kdeprint.
The Packages file in /var/lib/apt/lists shows kdeprint in the Depends
list of kdebase, also.

The results of two calls to apt-rdepend are logically contradictory ergo
bug.
