Obviously the sparc buildd is having a problem installing
qt3-dev-tools which is clearly in the Build-Depends on the
debian/control I have and the copy you have as you quoted it below.
There is no dependency on libglib1.2-dev AT ALL as the code is written
to use QT not GTK and errored when trying to locate 'qmake' which is in qt3-dev-tools.

Interesting enough that sparc is the only arch that has this
problem with the packaging as is and no changes to Build-Depends are
needed. I suggest this will yield better results looking at the buildd
machine than filing inaccurate bugs.
