    Package: nut
    Severity: normal

Luca Filipozzi is unfortunately currently too busy with real life to be
able to co-maintain this package, and would therefore like to step down
    from nut maintainance.

Please remove him from Uploaders to reflect this fact.

    severity 266475 minor
    thanks

First, I changed this bug severity as
I don't consider it to be more than
minor (and I was considering wishlist)!

neither Luca nor Karl (both nut co maint)
has had to upload a nut package since I
took over these. Nevertheless, they help me
on this task, and can NMU easilly if needed.

Luca and Karl are the more knowledgeable
about NUT and Debian, and I don't think
puting one away is a good idea.

Please remove him from Uploaders to reflect this fact.

Luca, please tell me if you want to be removed
    from NUT co maint.

I've planned to release 2.0 deb by the
release of 2.0.1 upstream (by the end of
august). If you (Luca) have not acknowledge
until that time, I'll consider it as a yes and
will remove you from co maint...

    Hi Arnaud,

You may keep me as co-maintainer or not, as you prefer. If you require
my assistance, I can always return diffs to you or perform an NMU. I appreciate you asking, but I have no ego at stake in either direction
    you go.

    Thanks again,

    Luca

this confirms my position, and the fact that
keeping you as co maint is _the_ direction.

@Jeroen: I still don't see why you fill that bug!
If you're unhappy with something, don't hesitate
    to contact me back.

I'm not unhappy with anything. Luca indicated he didn't have enough time
to maintain all of the many packages he was maintaining. I offered to
help giving them away, since he said he would do so, but then didn't
find the time to do so :-). It's a tedious work to do if you don't know
a script to do so semi-automatically.

He didn't name this package as one of the packages he wanted to keep maintaining, hence this bug. I understood this is what Luca intended, if
not, Luca please say so, and I'll apologize and rectify. I filed similar
bugs on vim and ddt, and I'd be glad to withdraw them if that wasn't
    what you intended.

I only wanted to help, and I really don't mind either way.

    Kind regards,
