Package: gsfonts
Version: 8.14+urwcyr1.0.7pre35-1
Severity: normal
After upgrading from 8.14-3, Courier fonts seem to have increased
in size by a point or two. (This may or may not be related to
#266107; I suspect it's not the same thing.)
8pt fonts now appear about the same size as 10pt ones used to.
Dropping my 8pt fonts to 6pt and the 10pt ones to 8pt results
in output comparable to that from 8.14-3. (the actual usage is
tape labels from "amanda".) Helvetica-Bold and Palatino-Bold
don't appear to be affected; indeed the 8pt Courier and the
10pt Palatino-Bold look to be about the same size.
Cheers,
Phil
