If using some characters from iso-8859-1 charset like german umlauts mutt will allways encode it as utf-8 or such a damaged format when signing the mail by pgp.
This wrong think was still fixed in one of the earlier versions but the newest versions have this error again.
The result is that such mails are unreadable when going over some gateways like request tracker which add some stuff to the mail in iso-8859-1 encoding.
This Bug is important as with it mutt is nearly unusable writing german (or other european language) mails.
