    I made a NMU of mozilla-firefox into experimental, fixing a bug through the changelog. The bug got tagged fixed by the BTS. I believe it should have
    get the tag fixed-in-experimental instead.

    that's katie in Katie.close_bugs (katie.py:288). the
    distribution-is-experimental check only happens if the upload is *not*
    a NMU.

    I would move the "if changes["distribution"].has_key("experimental"):"
    block just before the "if not self.nmu.is_an_nmu(self.pkg)" one.
