Ok, the name will be differently anyhow (libSoundTouch.so instead of libsoundtouch.so).

Hi,

FYI, libsoundtouch1 got accepted into unstable. Next version of ardour
could already try to use it (and tell me if something goes wrong).
Also all other suggestions are welcome. As always I did the packaging a
bit in a rush, so it might need some fine-tuning.
