    1. Missing ETA.
    2. "wget -c" fails to even try and start's over.

    Bigger then 2GB, but some were 700MB.

    This causes all sorts of problems not only just a missing ETA, "wget -c"
    fails to even try for one. I mailed [email protected] about
    the *.iso mime problem.
    There is no clear way to turn this on, this is another bug that should be fixed/documented.
