Hi
Please try moving ~/.sversionrc
and ~/.openoffice out of the way, and starting openoffice again.
It DIDN'T work some backtrace. :(
But I narrowed the bug down to CUPS. When stoping cupd oowriter starts.
It seem to crash when parsing some entries.
Here is what lpc status says
HP-Bibliothek:
printer is on device '/dev/null' speed -1
queuing is enabled
printing is enabled
no entries
daemon present
HP_LaserJet_5MP:
printer is on device '/dev/null' speed -1

Pfau:

TC_HP4:

What else can I supply?
Problem: After Sunday I am out of office for one week.
Hendrik
