Feel free to install them into your local texmf-tree.
I guess it should be in a "tetex-nonfree", in the nonfree part,
isn't it?
I dunno, if the license of pandora allows the distribution in
non-free. tetex-nonfree does not exist in the moment. If you want
have these fonts packaged, you should file a wishlist bug.
The other way is to relicense these fonts if you're able to contact
the author....
