Why, if I may ask so? This is an obsolete library for an obsolete (GTK+
1.x) toolkit. There already is an ITP for the GTK+ 2 version of
GtkScintilla (#219507).
Nothing currently needs this widget; if anything newly packaged needs it,
it would probably be better for that software to include GtkScintilla internally.
I request to let go on this ITP and close the wnpp bug.
