I think that irtty was the correct module for 2.4 kernels. As I cannot
easily check all aliases myself, I need to rely on bug reports to fix
them.
Anyway, I accept no responsability for stupid hacks introduced by other maintainers in their own packages: module-init-tools is actively
maintained and bugs should be fixed by me, not worked around in other
packages.
