Here is a patch which adds an option to extract only a selected file. Maybe this patch should be extended that the -f option could be provided more than once to select more than one file which should be extracted.

I would prefer to have the command line for extracting a specific file
more like "tar", that is, everything on the command line after the .cab
file name are specific files to extract.
