Markus Koschany is taking care of commons-vfs for a DSA, so I'm
looping him in to see if he is fine with you doing the update via bookworm-pu.
I wasn't aware that there is a DSA in the pipeline. I can see now that
Markus claimed it in dsa-needed.txt in April. I didn't check that
earlier.
It is Markus' patch applied to Bookworm. Hopefully, it just takes a
bit of work off of his shoulders :)
Markus, did you saw that above? Would you still want to take it or
should Daniel go ahead with your patch as proposed via bookworm-pu?
Daniel, I would say if you do not hear back here, either before end of
Debconf of if window for uploads for bookworm-pu closes (whatever
comes first ;-)) to then proceed with the commons-vfs bookworm-pu
update (i.e. if beeing confident, then you can upload already before
the ack of the SRM, thus I'm removing the moreinfo tag actually to put
it on their radar back).
