For my Debian installation which was in an FCP device is failing to
bootup after upgrading initramfs-tools. Installations in DASD devices
appears to be fine. Looks like the module zfcp was removed in a
particular commit. The zfcp module was not found inside the initramfs
file. This version of initramfs-tools is packages along with trixie. So, trixie installations will fail on s390x when installed in an FCP device
with this issue.

I'm not sure how this is supposed to work… I see drivers/message/fusion/
