    Since twitter-bootstrap4 4.6.2 added transition-collapse-width, some r-cran-bslib and r-cran-rmarkdown tests are failing with

    failures in run-unit-test, but the test failure was not propagated

    Is this a known bug in some older test runner? If so, is that fixed,
