    Dear maintainer(s),

Python 3.13 removes a large amount of so called 'dead battery'
libraries from the standard library. As such, code that imports
these libraries will no longer work in Python 3.13, which is the
    targeted version for Trixie.
The following removed libraries were found in this package:
    [..]

this bug is severity: serious. However, qt6-webengine was uploaded
about 42 days ago and built successfully.

Is this a valid bug report or not?

These file are either entirely are almost entirely not used by qt6-
webengine. They are included in upstream chromium code, which is
shipped in the qt6-webengine package even when it is not used.

At some point, probably during the freeze, I am planning to go through
each of these files and make sure there is no code path that reaches
them, but, as pointed out, the package builds fine and there are no
bugs from any users indicating that there are any problems.

If there are any problems, they are likely to be in the devtools functionality, which is very rarely used.
