Ack yes I can cherry-pick this as well.

Yes I'm awaere it got backported unfortunately as well in the 6.1.y
series. I'm not yet sure if uploading another 6.1.y to bookworm via
point release or actually doing another DSA release, but will keep
that in mind and make sure not introducing #1085953 in bookworm.
