Since 2008, the Perl Toolchain Summit (previousy known as the Perl QA Hackathon) gathers the key developers working on the Perl toolchain
every year (with a hiatus in 2020-2022) to discuss and improve the
Perl toolchain.

While making up the list of invitation for this year's event, the
participants voted for having "some Debian people" attending, to discuss
(and possibly hack on) anything relevant to Perl in the Debian ecosystem.
This email is a formal invitation for someone from the Debian-Perl group
to join us in Lisbon, Portugal, from Thursday April 25 to Sunday April 28.
