  • Request to join: my short introduction

    Hi everyone.

    I would like to join the Debian Perl Group because I think I can help
    with the tooling that is already written in Perl, in particular in
    bringing it to modern standards.

    I am an active member in the Perl community and a CPAN author with
    several distributions under my name. I participate in Perl conferences
    and meetups, where I have presented several times. I am also a member
    of the CPAN Security Working Group and have a strong commitment to
    FOSS initiatives.

    I look forward to working with you all.

    (especially policy.html and git.html)

    For adding new packages, please use `dpt salsa pushrepo'. The other dpt-* tools might be helpful as well :)

    Don't hesitate to ask any question on the mailing list or on IRC.
