Wayland : how to open session with windows on specific desktops

Hello,
I want to open my sessions with a sopecific set of applixcations and
windows on specific desktops.
With X11 and KDE5 I first used the --desktop option of kstart
When the option stopped working (and it disappeared from kde6 kstart), I
used a script which used wmctrl to move th windows to their correct desktop.
wmctrl is a X11 thins, how can I achieve this in Wayland ?
Note that kwin scripts do not work. I want the Konsole started at
session start on desktop 4, but I want to be able to open other Konsole
windows on other desktops during the session. That's the last point
preventing me from going to wayland
