Apologies if this message isn't formatted correctly, this is my first

I'm encountering the same issue. I've tried following Hideki's
troubleshooting thread but the second reply appears as 'Message not
available' in the thread index. I'm more than happy to generate further logs/take other steps to help with troubleshooting, please let me know
