just for your attention:
I tried to download the bullseye rc3-amd64 DVD1 image from https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/bullseye_di_rc3/amd64/iso-dvd/
where the link redirects me to https://chuangtzu.ftp.acc.umu.se/cdimage/bullseye_di_rc3/amd64/iso-dvd/debian-bullseye-DI-rc3-amd64-DVD-1.iso

The download stalls at 92% repeatedly, and waits for ever.
File is not complete (integrity check inside of the installer fails).

Maybe only a temporary issue with the mirror...

However, I tried to download other images like

https://saimei.ftp.acc.umu.se/cdimage/bullseye_di_rc3/amd64/iso-cd/debian-bullseye-DI-rc3-amd64-netinst.iso

https://saimei.ftp.acc.umu.se/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/bullseye_di_rc3+nonfree/amd64/iso-dvd/firmware-bullseye-DI-rc3-amd64-DVD-1.iso

https://saimei.ftp.acc.umu.se/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/bullseye_di_rc3+nonfree/amd64/iso-cd/firmware-bullseye-DI-rc3-amd64-netinst.iso


They all do not start to download at all!

So, there's issues with more than one mirror ... at least at the moment.

I just gave it a try and all downloads worked for me without any issues (downloaded from DFN).
