    This article on “6 Linux security commands every new user should know” <https://www.zdnet.com/article/6-linux-security-commands-every-new-user-should-know/>
    includes the “who” command to list logged-on users, but not “w”.

    What I have found, having used both, is that “w” is more informative.

    Which one do you prefer?
