Various bug fixes:
- Fix of a bug that prevented the dimensions set with `store width` or `store height` from having the correct value when used as value to the `offset` key.
- Bug fix in the stretch mechanism that in several cases led to wrong height or width of a stretched box.
- Bug fix for right-to-left typesetting that could lead to wrong placement of the boxes on a page.
