  • errors in kpfonts-otf and thumb

    Hi,

    in kpfonts-otf line 195 \newcommand*{\D}[1]{\mathclose{\,\symup{d}}#1}%
    should be changed to \renewcommand

    in thumb.sty line 119 \newcommand{\preface}[1][\Prefacename]{%
    should be changed to \renewcommand
