  • Do some PDFs have copy text restrictions?

    I noticed in Sumatra PDF and VivPDF in my decade old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1, I couldn't copy texts from medical PDF files. I had to use Firefox v76.0.1's internal PDF reader to do that. Is it because PDF creators added restricted to let users copy texts to paste? :(
