  • "insufficient permissions" dialogue box when i try to export my own fil

    I'm using a MacBook pro with Catalina 10.15.3 I fixed it once by changing the file format from jpeg to jpeg 2000, but that's not working anymore. I know there are known problems with Macs and Acrobat, I can't find this problem on their info.

    To be clear, these are my own files (password secured and flattened).
