ITUGLIB Update: curl 7.83.1 Important

Hi Everyone,

Curl 7.83.1 is now available on the ITUGLIB website. This is an important fix release that corrects some important defects and security advisories introduced at 7.83.0 and in recent history shown below. If you have 7.83.1 or another recent release listed

Note that the ITUGLIB curl distribution is compatible with both OpenSSL 1.1.1 and 3.0. It includes libcurl.a that can be used by OSS application code. The build is based on code unchanged from the standard curl distribution.
