  • Mission Control

    I was using one of the available tutorials for a new Imac user and when I go to mission control, i get the no windows available. I would swear I had multiple programs available in the mission control before I changed something (?) trying to learn. is
    there defaults for the mission control?

    The "default" I always set is to turn it off ... it's useless, like
    most of the other gimmicky "features" Apple has been adding to MacOS
    instead of fixing the existing bugs. :-(

    Mission Control shows you the apps and windows you *currently* have
    open. So go ahead and open some apps & windows, and have fun. ; )

    Or just look at the Dock icons. The ones with a dot are currently open...

    The OP's wording makes it seem like they expected Mission Control to be
    some sort of control interface to apps that aren't even running. It's
    curious.
