  • Control print size when printing Calendar monthly views.

    My wife grumps that she can't read a monthly printout from Calendar because the printing is too small. I typically have only one or two items per day, so there's lots of room for a larger font size. How can I control font size in Calendar print outs?

    It may depend on what version of MacOS and Calendar you're using, but
    in High Sierra MacOS 10.13 when I choose Print, I get a window
    (eventually! it's s-l-o-w) with various options, and at the bottom just
    above the "Continue" and "Cancel" buttons is "Text Size" with a pop-up
    menu containing choices of "Small", "Medium" and "Big". See this

    If she has a busy calendar with lots of chatter in the titles, I recommend making the text "big" and also printing it out in the "weekly" layout rather than monthly.

    In the print menu, "Text size" -> "Big"

    That's it AFAICT.

    Apple Calendar is pretty basic (to be kind).
