It can't even easily do something as simple as this texting Steve wants to
do without paying $300 every ten years for that basic functionality that
every other platform has for free.
Now to be fair to Steve, he'd _love_ it if someone _could_ find the app he wants, for free; just as I'd like a full-screen clock for an old iPad.
But the fact nobody can find such an app for Steve is a point he is making.
