When will Commander 'The Moron' Kinsey support the allegation he's made

For my idea of working toward cordiality, it appears that in order for
Steve Carroll to do that, he has to give Commander 'The Moron' Kinsey
a free pass for every single annoying comment he's made about Steve Carroll, and ignore every dishonest lie he's posted about Steve Carroll as well.

Pay for a background report on Rbowman and you will get proof that he was
in a correctional facility last year. Who knows what he did? The investigation sites do not go into that amount of detail and court records have to be court ordered.
