not exactly trouble-free....
Not a first attempt. Last time I filled mine in online and kept the paper
copy I'd been sent filled in as a copy. I know someone who says last time
they weren't sent a form just a web link.
I do wish they'd allowed for a copy to be kept, even if it was just selected
on screen and put on the clipboard. I think one 'checking page' had most information but it didn't have middle names.
