I've never tried it in Fireworkz but it might be possible. You can
create tables in EasiWriter and TechWriter.

IIRC, since 2.30, Fireworkz Pro (not the free one) does the "saving as
an OLE drawfile" trick that TableMate used to do, so it can be used to
create editable tables for OLE-aware software like Impression and O-Pro.

On a personal note I create tables in Eureka, saved in OLE form which I
use back and forth in OvPro.
